muvee CEO To Speak On the Future Of Mobile Imaging And Video Applications At 6Sight Mobile Imaging Summit

Terence Swee to join panel of mobile application industry experts as well as demo the latest Android apps from muvee

ORLANDO, FL-- March 21, 2011-- muvee, the pioneer and leader in automatic video editing software and services, today announced that Terence Swee, Founder and CEO of muvee, will be speaking at 6Sight Mobile Imaging Summit during the International CTIA Wireless show on March 22nd which will focus on the mobile imaging industry and available and upcoming technologies and trends.  muvee will also be present on the CTIA Exhibits floor in the App World area.

Swee will be speaking on the panel “Trends in Mobile Imaging” with fellow experts Jiren Parikh from Exclaim Mobility and Amnon Gavish from Vidyo. The panel will be moderated by J. Gerry Purd from MobileTrax. Panel members will focus on the latest imaging and video applications for mobile which have been driving the digital imaging sector of the economy.

“Since the world’s first phone capable of video recording, pixels have increased 150 times, whereas mobile CPUs have only grown 10 times,” said Terence Swee, CEO, muvee.  “We are 15 times less able to crunch pixels in today’s video camera phone than we were when this started.  Going forward, we expect to see lots more innovation in the area of mobile video from capturing, storing, editing to sharing.”.

In addition to speaking, Swee will be demonstrating muvee DSG’s latest mobile applications and toolkit for Google’s Android platform, including 3D and HD video editing tools.

The 10th annual 6Sight Mobile Imaging Summit takes place during CTIA Wireless on March 22nd from 1:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. at the Orange County Convention Center, South Hall − Room S330 A-B.  Swee will be demonstrating the latest mobile applications from muvee Device Solutions Group during The New Technology Showcase at 1:40 P.M. and the panel discussion will be held from 1:55 P.M. – 2:50 P.M.
