muvee Launches Cherish stylePack, Featuring Three New superStyles Themed for Tributes, Memoirs and Romance
Singapore and New York – May 24, 2007 – muvee, the pioneer and leader in instant home movies, has released its first three plug-in superStyles in the Cherish stylePack. Each of the new superStyles – Brush Strokes, Bubblegum and Reverie – has been designed for tributes, memoirs, weddings and romance, and can be customized using the ‘Personalize’ button in muvee autoProducer 6.
Karen Ng, muvee’s style director, said, “We wanted to give our users more variety, so superStyles now let you create a range of different looks within each style when used with muvee autoProducer 6. With just a few clicks, you can change the default color, pacing and other attributes to get the result you want. It’s like having ten different styles in one.”
Brush Strokes is a slower, classy style with sweeping transitions and brush-on-paper effects. Users can choose between normal and sepia coloring, and vary the frequency of transitions and brush-on effects. Bubblegum is more upbeat and playful style that lets users change the pacing and the number of hearts that appear. Reverie has a dreamlike quality and users can change the color and number of ornamental overlays that appear.
muvee’s syles function as themed templates and are an essential aspect of muvee-making. Each style has its own set of graphics, effects and transitions that are aesthetically combined with a user’s video highlights and pictures and automatically synchronized to the tempo of the user's chosen music to create a finished video. muvee offers more than 100 downloadable styles for its PC products in a variety of themes for photos, vacations, sports, children, music videos and more. muvee first introduced customizable superStyles in the latest version of its flagship PC software, muvee autoProducer 6, which was launched in December 2006.
The Cherish stylePack is compatible with all versions of muvee autoProducer, muveeNow and muvee autoProducer unPlugged software, but the superStyle capabilities are only available when the stylePack is used in muvee autoProducer 6. The Cherish stylePack retails for US$24.95 and is now available from www.muvee.com/stylelabs .
