What muvee products can I use Add-ons with?
Add-ons can be used with muvee autoProducer 6 and muveeNow 2.

How do I setup iTunes to sync video with my iPod?
If you have an iPod that supports video, you can use iTunes to add or sync videos to your iPod just like you do with your music.
- Connect your iPod to your computer, then launch iTunes.
- Select your iPod from the iTunes Source pane.
- Select the Movies tab.
- Check the 'Sync movies' box, then either choose the "All movies" option, or the "Selected movies" option below. For the latter, remember to check the muvees that you want to sync.
- Click 'Apply' to sync your muvees to your iPod.

How do I save muvees to my mobile phone using the Mobile Add-on?
With the Mobile Add-on installed, connect your mobile phone to your computer via USB cable or Bluetooth and select 'Save for the following phone' to select which mobile phone to save and export your muvee to. Check 'Transfer to mobile phone' and click 'Save Now' to begin saving your muvee.

How do I import video/pictures from my mobile phone using the Mobile Add-on?
After you've installed the Mobile Add-on, launch your muvee software, connect your mobile phone to your computer via USB cable or Bluetooth, then go to Add > From My Mobile Phone and select the mobile phone you wish to import video/pictures from.

Add-ons are only compatible in the latest updates of muvee autoProducer 6 and muveeNow 2. If you are a muvee autoProducer 6 or muveeNow 2 owner, get your updates absolutely free. Just head over to muvee Self-Serve, register to get the latest updated version, install it and you're done. You should now be able to install your Add-on product(s).

Is my iPod compatible with the iPod Add-on?
muvee's iPod Add-on supports all iPods with video-playing capabilities, which include the iPod touch, iPod Classic and iPod nano (3rd generation).

Where can I buy muvee products?
muvee sells all its products online. On our website, each of our product pages has a 'Buy now' button which you can click on to add that product to your shopping cart. After that, you can continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
You may find versions of muvee software available at certain retail outlets, but the latest version is always available only from our website.

What payment modes do you accept?
The quickest and most convenient way of purchasing online is with a credit card via our secure e-commerce provider, element5, or via PayPal.

I've just purchased a muvee product online. How do I proceed with my download?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email containing a download link and unique product key for each product that you've purchased.
If you did not order a backup CD of your products, it's a good idea to save each downloaded file in case you ever need to reinstall it in future.

Is there a way for me to view all my purchases and redownload my installers?
If you have a muvee Self-Serve account, you will be able to:

- Retrieve a lost product key.
- Get product updates.
