Please check that you have the latest version of Apple QuickTime installed on your computer. If not, please download and install the latest version of Apple QuickTime here.

Also, search for a 'FFDshow.ax' file on your system. If you find this file, rename it to something like 'FFDshow.old' and try making/saving your muvee again.
