If you do not have a Self-Serve account, you can retrieve your product key(s) from the invoice e-mail you received after you made your muvee purchase(s).
If you do not have a Self-Serve account, and also misplaced your invoice e-mail, please kindly contact our Support team by filling up the support form so that our Support team can help you retrieve your product key(s).
