Please check that you have the latest version of Apple QuickTime 7 installed. If not, please download and install the latest version of Apple QuickTime 7 here.

Also, please try and search for a 'FFDshow.ax' file in your computer. If you are able to locate this file, rename it to something like 'FFDshow.old' and try making your muvee again.
