Buffer overflow in the DXTTextOutEffect ActiveX control (aka the Text-Effect DXT Filter), as distributed in TextOut.dll and mvtextout.dll, in muvee autoProducer 6 and muveeNow2 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via a long FontSetting property value.

Resolution:
1) Download the patch here
2) At the prompt "Do you want to run or save this file?", click "Save" and select to save the file to Desktop
3) Once the download completed successfully, double click on "muveePatch.exe" on your Desktop to launch -> click "Run" -> Click "OK" to proceed.

Please Note: This patch is only applicable if you have muvee autoProducer 6 and muveeNow 2 installed.
