ISSUE:

During installation, error encountered: there is a problem with this windows installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finnish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor.


SOLUTION:

Please reinstall using the below download link following the steps below and retry:

1) Uninstall all versions of muvee Reveal on your PC. (click Start -> Click 'control panel' -> click 'add or remove program' -> select muvee Reveal and click remove)
2) Restart computer.
3) Re-Install muvee Reveal and restart computer.

May I suggest you to also download and install a download Manager program like "Free Download Manager" http://www.freedownloadmanager.org to maintain and control the downloading process for you. With such a program running on your machine, you can resume the download if it was cut off and it will maintain the connection for you until you decided to stop it and do it another day.
