Please check that you have the settings changed:

1) From muvee Reveal main screen, click on 'Personalize'
2) Go to 'Settings' tab
3) Look at the 'Audio Mix' panel, and adjust the volume slider for 'Video Soundtrack' all the way to the right
4) Click on 'OK' to save your changes and preview your muvee again

If you have already performed the above steps, and still unable to obtain the audio from your video file, then we believe that your video file(s) could be embedded with Dobly_AC3, which muvee does not support it at the moment. Therefore, please try to convert the video file(s) to another format which is supported by muvee Reveal so that the audio itself gets converted as well.

You may need to acquire a media conversion program to help you in the conversion.
