My purchased muvee product(s) is/are not showing up on my Self-Serve account.

You will have to link the product(s) which you have purchased to your Self-Serve account. To link your purchased product(s):

1) Click on 'Add products'.

2) Enter the unique product key issued with that purchased product. Your product key(s) can be found in the invoice e-mail that was sent to you after you have made your purchase(s).

If you have lost/misplaced or unable to locate the invoice e-mail with your purchase information, please contact the muvee Support team via our support form so that our Support team can resend the relevant information to you.
