Can the same styles in autoProducer or muveeNow be used if I purchase and install muvee Reveal?

I bought styles for muvee autoProducer and/or muveeNow. Can the same styles be used in muvee Reveal?

Unfortunately, no.

The styles for muvee autoProducer/muveeNow and muvee Reveal cannot be cross-used. For example, a muvee autoProducer/muveeNow style cannot be installed and used in muvee Reveal.

Error message during stylePack installation: ‘xxx.dll fail to register/unregister’.

Resolution/Workaround:

1. Quit the stylePack installation, or uninstall the stylePack if the installation has completed.

2. Go to Start > Run and type in the following command ‘regsvr32 atl.dll’.
3. You should receive the message ‘Registration of atl.dll succeeded.’

4. Reinstall the style pack.

I have installed a new stylePack but the styles are not appearing in the drop-down style list.

Please kindly reinstall your stylePack by following the steps below:

1. Uninstall all versions of the stylePack on your computer:

-> Go to your ‘Start Menu’, go to your ‘Control Panel’
-> Select ‘Add or Remove Programs’, select the stylePack you wish to remove and remove it from your computer.
2. Restart your computer.

3. Run the stylePack installer to reinstall your stylePack.

4. Restart your computer again, launch your muvee program again and see if the styles are being listed correctly.

Cause:

photoAlbum stylePack requires an update on the graphic card’s driver if there is any issue encountered after installation.



Resolution/Workaround:

How To Update Graphics Drivers on Windows XP:
1. Click Start, right Click on My Computer”, and choose “Properties”

2, In the “System Properties” dialog, click the “Hardware” tab, and click “Device Manager”

3. In the “Device Manager” dialog’s tree view, click the “+” sign beside “Display adapters”.

4. Right click on your graphics card’s name, and choose “Update driver…”

5. In the Hardware Update Wizard, in response to the question “Can Windows connect to Windows Update to search for software”, click “Yes, this time only”, and click “Next”.

6. Click “Install the software automatically (Recommended)”.

7. Click “Next” and then wait. The system will search online in the Windows database to identify te driver, download it, and install it. It may take 5 minutes or so to complete.

How To Update Graphics Drivers on Windows Vista:

1. Click Start, right Click on “My Computer”, and choose “Properties”

2. Click “Device Manager” in the results. Accept the User Account Control security prompt.

3. Find “Display Adapters” in the tree, and open it to find your particular graphics card. Right-click the graphics card, and click “Update driver software”.

4. Choose “Search automatically for updated driver software”

5. The system will search online in the Windows database to identify the driver, download it, and install it. It may take 5 minutes or so to complete.
